The environment
Protection of the environment in which we live is
becoming increasingly important. Wiefferink has developed different applications that unburden the environment. For example, we make products to prevent CO2 emissions (manure covers) and to prevent clean water from being affected and we also manufacture products in which biogas can be stored. Last but not least, we make products for clean drinking water. We develop our products in consultation with various authorities, water boards, municipalities, provinces, energy and water companies and representatives from agriculture and industry. In doing this, we comply with the laws and regulations at all times. Our basic principle is always to find economical solutions.
Water management
In global terms, water and the environment are equally important in our society. Water shortages and water
quality are two important factors that are demanding more and more attention. Wiefferink has developed
a number of systems that help solve these problems.
Examples of these systems include:

Sustainable energy: biogas tanks and biogas covers
Due to the growing energy shortage, all kinds of innovative techniques are being developed to generate sustainable energy - for example, wind energy, solar energy and biomass. This is making manure a very economically attractive item. Wiefferink has therefore developed a system for the storage of manure which also extracts biogas at the same time. This storage system generates electrical energy that can be supplied to energy companies or can be used by the system owners themselves. This can realise considerable financial revenue.

Thanks to our years of experience in processing high-quality foils, we have the most advanced production methods at our disposal, such as laser-controlled high frequency welding machines and precision equipment. Our production methods guarantee a constant and proven quality.
